Privacy notice
Last updated 25 September 2026
Jez is a product in private beta, and the only thing live today is the waitlist. This notice covers that waitlist, and it is short because the waitlist does very little.
What we collect
One thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form. Alongside it, our email platform automatically records the date you joined. That is the whole record. We do not ask for a name, a company or a phone number, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Cookies
The waitlist does not set any cookies. The theme you pick is saved in your own browser, and the analytics we use are cookieless and aggregated, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.
What we use it for
To email you when your invite is ready, and occasionally to tell you what we have shipped. That is all. We do not sell, rent or share your address, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How to be removed
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you immediately. You can also reply to any email from us and ask to be deleted, and we will delete the record. There is no form to fill in and no account to close.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Because the only data we hold is an email address, all of those are satisfied by the unsubscribe link or by replying to ask us to delete it.
What changes, and when
This notice will grow into a full privacy policy when Jez launches and there is a product to describe. Until then it covers the waitlist only. If we change how we handle your data, we will say so in an email rather than quietly editing this page.
How to reach us
We have not published a support address yet, because the waitlist is the only thing that exists. Reply to any email we send you and it reaches a person who can act on a request about your data.
Who processes the data
Anything to ask about your data? Reply to any email from us.
